Q. How long will it take before I see results?
A. Your physiological (internal) changes will commence immediately into your very first training sessions. Your body's processes will react to the exercise demands we place on it as soon as you start training. That is also to say that your fitness and health levels will immediately start to increase. Your anatomical (external body) changes are usually noticeable within 2 weeks as your weight decreases and body fat is diminished. Muscle fiber mass will begin to increase as well. Consistency is key and all of your transformational changes are dictated by how rigidly you adhere to your fitness training schedule and nutritional meal plans.
