I'm an award winning Muay Thai kickboxing trainer and authority figure in the sport with 19 years experience training Thai boxing as a fitness style and sport.
My kickboxing is traditional Muay Thai (Pradal Serey / Kun Khmer) as I've taught while in Thailand for the past 14 years.

Q. I've never done kickboxing before. Do you teach beginners?
A. Yes! I actually like to teach kickboxing beginners because it gives me an opportunity to teach clients correctly from their very first session. It's always enjoyable to see my clients who have never done kickboxing before, learn it and then train and get very fit with it while loving the workouts.
Q. Can we train for Muay Thai kickboxing in Chicago at my apartment gym?
A. Yes! We can do your kickboxing workouts anywhere there's a small flat open area. Traditional Muay Thai kickboxing workouts only require a small area. Hybrid, fitness movement integrated kickboxing utilizes other fitness equipment so being in your apartment gym will help. We can also do hybrid with kickboxing and body weight movements which, again, requires only a small open area.
